We recommend booking your consultation at least 4-6 weeks before your intended travel date. This allows enough time for thorough planning, research, and any necessary revisions. For complex multi-destination trips, 2-3 months is ideal.
We ask about your travel dates, destination preferences, budget range, travel companions, interests, dietary restrictions, mobility considerations, and any must-see attractions or experiences. The more details you share, the better we can personalize your itinerary.

Yes, you can upgrade at any point before your itinerary is finalized. Simply contact us and pay the difference between packages. We will incorporate the additional services into your planning process.

Planning Process

Typically 1-2 weeks from the initial consultation to receiving your first draft itinerary. The timeline depends on trip complexity and how quickly you provide feedback. We work within your timeline whenever possible.
Essential Journey includes 2 revision rounds, Explorer Package includes 3, and Grand Expedition includes unlimited revisions. Each revision incorporates your feedback to perfect the itinerary to your satisfaction.
You receive a comprehensive PDF document with day-by-day plans, maps, addresses, opening hours, contact information, and helpful tips. We can also provide the itinerary in a mobile-friendly format for easy access while traveling.

Support and Communication

How we stay connected throughout your planning journey.

Your primary consultant is available via email throughout the planning process. Video calls are scheduled for major discussions. For matters that need quick attention during your trip, Grand Expedition clients have access to phone support.
We respond to all emails within 24 business hours. Most messages receive a response much sooner. During your trip, Grand Expedition clients can expect a response within a few hours.

Payments and Policies

Information about payments, refunds, and our policies.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. Payment is required before we begin the detailed planning process. A 50% deposit is required to begin your consultation, with the balance due before itinerary delivery.
Cancellations made before work begins receive a full refund. Once planning has started, refunds are prorated based on work completed. Full details are available in our return policy page.
