Cancellation Before Work Begins

If you cancel your consultation before any planning work has begun:

  • Full refund of your deposit and any payments made
  • Refund processed within 7-10 business days
  • Refund issued to the original payment method

Cancellation After Work Has Started

If you cancel after the consultation process has begun:

  • Refund calculated based on percentage of work completed
  • Initial consultation and discovery call time is non-refundable
  • You will receive any completed itinerary segments up to the cancellation date
  • Refund amount will be communicated before processing

After Itinerary Delivery

Once your final itinerary has been delivered and approved, refunds are not available. However, we work with you through the revision process to ensure your satisfaction before final delivery.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with your itinerary, we offer:

  • Unlimited revisions for Grand Expedition package
  • Multiple revision rounds for Essential and Explorer packages
  • Additional revisions beyond your package limit at reduced rates

Extenuating Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. In cases of:

  • Medical emergencies documented by a healthcare provider
  • Natural disasters affecting your planned destination
  • Government travel restrictions or advisories

We will work with you on a case-by-case basis to find a fair resolution, which may include rescheduling your consultation or providing partial credit.

Package Upgrades

You may upgrade to a higher-tier consultation package at any time before itinerary finalization by paying the difference in package prices. Downgrades are not available once work has begun.

To request a refund or discuss your options:

  • Contact us via email with your booking details
  • Include the reason for your cancellation request
  • Allow 2-3 business days for us to review and respond
